Within the intensive 5-month coaching programme, we start by understanding and acknowledging your current habits, behaviours and thoughts.

We heal your mindset and beliefs, using compassion and self-acceptance, exploring their root cause.

03 — Learn

You’ll learn to understand your own emotions and develop a strong sense of introspective awareness. You’ll gain neutrality around food and with your old triggers.

You’ll use your new knowledge, self-love and self-awareness to build new habits and behaviours. You’ll start to create a life you don’t recognise, with healthy behaviours and a peaceful mind, free from restriction, binging and self-sabotage.
